INTRODUCING the newest addition to the Cayos, Santa Maria Pueblo. The Pueblo was inaugurated on December 12, 2009. Pueblo means town.
You can depart to Santa Maria Pueblo from your hotel lobby by free electric train shuttle that arrives at all hotels, Royal Hideaway Ensenachos, Sol Cayo Santa Maria, Melia Cayo Santa Maria, Melias Las Dunas, and Barcelo Cayo Santa Maria. If you want to get there direct, you can call a taxi, it is a 5-10 minute ride. From Barcelo it is short walking distance.

It offers with many services and is operated by Gaviota. It features 3 restaurants to satisfy your tastebuds; Italian "Vesubio", Gourmet "Aurora", Japanese "Katzura" restaurants on a beautiful timeless boulevard featuring replica colonial buildings from the local towns of Caibarien, Remedios, Santa Clara, and Trinidad.
The Pueblo also features a modern nightclub, beer and burger bar, piano bar, 60's style decor ice cream bar, and a state of the art bowling alley complete with a bar and pool tables. For your shopping needs, the Pueblo also has a fully stocked gift shop and convenience store, along with a local artisans craft market.
If you want to spend precious moments, you can spend the day and pamper yourself at The Pueblo Spa, you must be 16 years or older to enter this magnificent spa situated over beautifully landscaped grounds. Here you can relax at the pulsating outdoor waterfall in a hot jacuzzi in the heart of the spa that rejuvenates tired muscles and soothes troubled spirits. The intensity of oxygen inspires clarity of thought and renews strength of purpose. Or you can simply sit back in one of the hot saunas, steam rooms after a relaxing massage in an outdoor cabana or private room. Also enjoy the steam baths, saunas, power shower, Vichy shower, Chorro and swimming pool. The Spa also features a state of the art gymnasium with the latest workout machines.
Santa Maria Pueblo is currently expanding with more new restaurants and shops, and a large outdoor gazebo on the town square featuring Cuban entertainment and live music from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, there is also a parking lot, restrooms.
